Improvements

Mailbutler handles signed and encrypted messages better now. Normal Send Later won't work on them for technical reasons, so Mailbutler will now ask you if you want to schedule them in Compatibility Mode.

Fixes

Fixes the shortcut and menu item to activate/deactivate a Follow-up Reminder.
Fixed an issue where sending a message with Link Tracking could be blocked by a 404 error.
