Smart Automations introduces AI-powered conditions that evaluate incoming emails based on factors such as:

• Needs reply (yes, maybe, no)

• Reply urgency (low, medium, high)

• Needs clarification (yes, no)

• Contains open questions (yes, no)

• Intent (request, update, FYI, complaint, sales, support, other)

• Sentiment risk (positive, neutral, negative)

This allows you to create workflows based on the meaning and relevance of an email, not just the actions taken on it.

Decide how confident Maia should be

Not every workflow requires the same level of certainty. That’s why Smart Automations lets you define the minimum confidence Maia must reach before an automation is triggered:

• Any confidence

• Low confidence

• Medium confidence

• High confidence

This gives you precise control over when AI-driven conditions should activate your workflows.
