Kristofer T. Just lurking. This is a feature we would absolutely love as well. Right now we manually report activity to our CRM, being able to automatically grab a hook when an email was sent, opened, clicked would be a GAME changer. (I imagine the functionality pushed to Hubspot/Salesforce)
Fabian Hi, Do you have any update regarding the webhook functionality? The need is significant, and I am following this with great interest. I have not seen any release during Q1, but I may have missed something. Thank you in advance!
Fabian I was just thinking about the status of the webhooks. Do you expect them to be ready in the near term? I have a strong need for this functionality and would really appreciate an update on the timeline.
Kristofer, I would say in Q1/2026 you should see this feature in Mailbutler
Fabian When do you expect everything to be completed so that we can start using your webhook?
We plan to introduce such a mechanism
Hi MK! Thank you for your request! Could you clarify how you would use the Mailbutler webhook data (email opens, clciks, location, etc) in your workflow? For example, is it for analytics, CRM updates, or something else?
Mailbutler To help fill the gaps in customer journey and experience. I don't have email integration in CRM, so I'm going this manual route of seeing open rates and link click-through rates.
Hi Jake! Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, we do not plan to implement such integration.
I'd be interested to see this too - Zapier is my tool of choice. If there's an option to tag messages and those messages can kick of webhooks in Zapier then I'd upgrade from Starter to Pro or Smart straight away - the price is no brainer - it'd allow me to connect just the selected messages I want in Mac mail into a CRM system, which is something I've wanted to do for ages. Q1 2026 has been and gone, Q2 is coming to an end soon, hopefully this is not too far away!
