Posting on behalf of a user: Three things... 1) I'd like to have the option to turn off related messages in the Mail Butler sidebar and just show the email I have selected, even if I have show related messages on in the main panel. 2) A small panel in the Mail Butler side bar that shows me just the badges of who opened the email without having to click 'show details'. 3) Have the 'Provide Context' and 'AI' sections in the sidebar in spin down sections that are sticky (Stay open or closed until I close or open them).
