Claudio, do you mean when you shared a contact with a collaborator that you would like to automatically share all notes/tasks that you add to that shared contact? The reason why we decided not to automatically share all notes/tasks is that we expected our users to also have private notes on a contact, which they do not necessarily want to reveal to their collaborators. But we could consider a toggle for shared contacts to automatically share notes/tasks by default (when enabled), so that you can still make certain notes/tasks private.
Hi Fabian, es wäre wirklich super wenn ich die Wahl habe alles zu teilen mit geteileten der Person. Ich arbeite gemeinsam mit meiner Bürokraft an unserer Anfragen (Teilweise sind es hunderte Emails). Dabei könnte ich kontrollieren, welche Anfragen bereits bearbeitet sind und vor allem kann ich sicherstellen das alles geteilt wurde und nichts vergessen wurde. Wenn Ihr das umsetzten könntet wäre das für mein Unternehmen eine große Arbeitserleichterung. Konnte ich dir soeweit klar machen was ich meine?
