Smart Send Always Schedules Messages at 9 AM

Even after the new OS installation, the “Smart Send” feature still has a bug. It selects 9:00am (my time) to send every single message.

Thanks for sticking with this, Brian. You're right that this is a bug, not the global fallback I mentioned on the other post: Smart Send currently proposes 9:00 AM for every recipient. A fix is in review now, and we'll update this post once it's released.
