Signature Template and General Signature Customization
I would love to be able to edit the signature templates again or be able to have more customization with the templates that are in place

I agree. I would like to be able to scan my hand written signature and have it appear in the signature template I create.
With the latest version v4609 we added some more editing options to the existing signature templates. There is an extra image field to add a logo, and a field to add a handwritten signature. You can draw the signature yourself or upload an image. Both of these can be found in the signature editor on the right, in the section "Images". Furthermore we've added 2 new signature templates: "Love" and "Men in "Black". If you have further ideas for features we could add to the signature templates, we'd love to hear them!
