Signature displayed incorrectly

I am communicating daily in Hebrew (written right-to-left) and English. My signature is not displayed properly in Hebrew: An overlaps between text and design is created. Changing the layout to "right-to-left" in the preference pane is inconvenient because this might be required to be done multiple times a day. Leaving the signature to be displayed in a "right-to-left" node is improper because my signature is in English. I have been reporting this problem for many months now.
