Send Later remembers actual time and date not relative

Let's say it's 10pm, and I write an email to Send Later "tomorrow at 7:30am." Then I get up a 3am and write another email. If I click Send Later, it's still on "Tomorrow 7:30am" while I really want it to appear as "Today 7:30am" because it's now today.
