Rename who the email has been sent to

Please can you make a feature where we can rename the sent emails with a main name either in title or in the sender's. I don't know who I've sent it to as email says to hello or info. And subject title is the same for mass emails. If I am looking on my phone I have to go back to the apple mail app and look at my sent box when I am using the Mail Butler app.
