It would be great to be able to add a note to a whole conversation instead of a separate email inside of a conversation.

Hi Henrik! Thank you for your request. Our current application structure treats a email in thread as the main anchor. That's why it is possible to assign notes only per email. However in the upcoming Release we are going to introduce improved view of emails thread in Mailbutler sidebar. This change will help to navigate easier and find the adjacent notes and tasks faster.
