Per-recipient scheduling / smart send timing

Building on per-recipient delivery (tailored emails sent individually to each recipient), we're considering optimizing the delivery time per recipient too — similar to what Mailchimp calls "Time Warp". You'd set a scheduled day, and Mailbutler would optimize the exact send time per recipient, e.g. based on their time zone or typical email-opening behavior.
