Override working hours send

When choosing the "send now" option in the email send dropdown on mac mail, this should override the "out of hours" function. Most of the time when I hit the normal send email button, I want it to be sent at the next time im in the office as the function should work, however there are certain occasions that I want to override this and just send the email straight away and since I cannot set this feature per address, I have to change the schedule time to 2 minutes from now
