Option to exclude specific email accounts from Mailbutler

Allow users to choose which email account Mailbutler is installed on, instead of automatically enabling it for all accounts in Apple Mail and Gmail. This would provide greater flexibility for users who only want to use Mailbutler with selected accounts. In Outlook, Mailbutler is already installed on a per-account basis.
