Moving Sections in Sidebar

This is not an issue, just a question and maybe a possible thought. Is there a way for me to decide the order of that side bar? I would prefer that the bottom most information be at the top, just below the person’s name, email address, avatar. Above “Best time to reach…” I want to primarily see when emails are read from that spot, rather than best time to reach, fields/value info, etc. I’d love that to be at the top for my purposes. Is that something that either can be done or be considered for the future if the coding isn’t too complex?
