Minimising Carbon Footprint
Just thinking for a way to minimise the replies just for "thank you very much" or confirmation, avoiding that way sending emails without a serious reason. Minimising the emails is a good tactic towards minimizing the carbon footprin produced when sending emails.

I doubt that there is actually a significant difference in carbon footprint when shortening an email's content.
