Mailbutler - I receive limited data on my emails, and was told it was because it is an "exchange email" account so, if I send a message to multiple recipients, I will see that it's been opened, but not by whom.

Hi Douglas! Thank you for your request. May I ask you what are the attributes of individual sending: 1) recipient doesn't see other contacts in “To” section ? 2) salutation corresponds each recipient’s name? etc?

Hi Matthias! Thank you for your request. May I ask you to clarify what is understood by automated campaigns? Currently by using Mailbutler “Send Later” feature you can schedule a reply to a recipient and change the topic there. The scheduled reply will be sent automatically.

Mailbutler: Hi Iuliia, "automated campaign" means an automated campaign, not just 1 email. So I´m talking about a sequence of f.e. 7 or more Emails like you can setup on Mailchimp.

Mailbutler: 2 Options would be interesting: 1.) Send a single email to many receivers at once including the individual correspondence I already had with each receiver, so that it looks to each individual receiver, as if I manually wrote this email only to him, because the existing individual correspondence with him is attached. 2.) Send an email series to many receivers including the individual correspondence I already had with each receiver, so that it looks to each individual receiver, as if I manually wrote every single one of these emails only to him, because the existing individual correspondence with him is attached.

Hi David, Thank you for your suggestion. The customisation you're mentioning is already present with our template placeholders: https://help.mailbutler.io/help/how-to-use-placeholders. Maybe this could help you in the mean time when emailing a smaller number of people.

Noortje: ok, this suggests the customisation content comes from "Contacts". Do you have instructions for that? Seems like I would have to import into a Contacts Group and then somehow link that to the template?

When I need to do an emailing, I prepare it in Apple Mail and therefore MailButler. I then open it in Thunderbird with a MailMerge add-on This allows me to make a timed sending with the right signature!
