Keyboard shortcut to insert Message Template
adding on behalf of a user:
- implement one shortcut for templates followed by phrase filtering
- the user would like to answer an email with typing a shortcut followed by a phrase
- the user's suggestion is to make it so the shortcut can take the word prior to the curser when being pushed and use that to find and select and insert the template.
- and the user says it would be quicker if we would allow tab as a shortcut
