In Outlook, Mailbutler sadly is not the same!

Hi, I used to use Mailbutler as a trial version in Apple Mail - and I was very happy! But my work/office uses Outlook, so I subscribed to Mailbutler because I knew it was good..... Sadly, I am quite/very disappointed - why? The main reason is that I have to open Mailbutler EVERY time I send an e-mail (even when you "pin it", it doesn't stay open). And very often, I simply forget - simply because I have to send so many e-mails. And even when I remember, Mailbutler takes quite a long time to open.... So, all in all, I feel sadly that my experience of Mailbutler is not what I wanted... it doesn't help me as it should do, because I sent many important e-mails without Mailbutler being open... Please can you sort this problem with Outlook? Thank you!

Hi David! Thank you for sharing your feedback. There is a limitation from Outlook side: unfortunately, it is not possible to pin add-in in compose mode. We share your concern and have contacted Outlook Team for this feature request, but by now it is not feasible.
