Improve the way keyboard shortcuts for Snooze and Send Later work

(adding on behalf of a user) 1. After pressing shortcut to snooze mail user in not able to choose interval. -> Currently, if you use the shortcut to snooze your email, the email is being snoozed to the default interval you have set in your preferences. 2. After pressing shortcut to sent later user is not able change date with keyboard. -> Currently, using the keyboard shortcut for Send Later makes the Send Later menu pop up where you can either schedule your email to the default time you have set in your preferences or select a different time. But it is not possible to change the date with the keyboard
