font choice & size
It would be good to be able to choose the font size and have Helvetica as an option in message templates

I agree. The default font on a MAC is Helvetica Neue and I use 15 in my emails, neither this font or font size are available in Mailbutler templates, why is this??
Hi, thank you so much for your feedback. We only try to use web safe fonts, to ensure that the Mailbutler template that was used, also looks the same at the receiver's end. Helvetica is a copyrighted font that most users on a windows PC don't have, and would be replaced by another font. Therefore we have decided not to have it as an option in templates or signatures.
