follow-up action to generate an email notification
What we need is for the follow-up action to generate an email notification. That way, we can track and act on follow-ups directly through email rather than relying on in-app tasks.

We plan to introduce a more useful widget, which provides an overview of all emails and tasks, which should be handled next. Further, we plan to introduce a weekly/daily digest email with suggestions on which emails and tasks to act on next.
