I only get return receipt notification on around 40% of my emails. Is there a particular reason for this? I use Apple Mail.

Good question. Some gap is expected: open tracking only registers when the recipient's email app loads images, and some recipients or their companies block that. 40% is on the low side, though, so it's worth checking your setup. Please contact us at support@mailbutler.io and we'll take a look.
