Excluding Certain Words When Using Maia Improve Feature

When using Maia Improve functionality, users can instruct Maia on an email-by-email basis not to use certain words, such as "kindly," which is not often used in emails in the USA. It would be great if users could specify such words once at a global level in Account & Preferences and then forget it!
