Enhancement Request: Enhanced Smart Send Later Functionality

I am writing to respectfully request an enhancement to the MailButler email management tool that would simplify the process of setting the "Smart Send Later" feature. I understand that the current default setting for Smart Send Later is to schedule emails for four hours beyond the time of composition. However, I would like to propose some improvements to this feature that would better accommodate my specific needs as a university professor, and I believe these enhancements could also benefit other users. As an educator, I frequently send emails to my entire class, consisting of approximately 20 students. It is crucial for me that all students receive my communications simultaneously to ensure equal access and prevent any perception of favoritism or neglect. When emails are sent at different times, some students may feel ignored if they do not receive a prompt response. To address this, I send all class emails at the same time. It's worth noting that the current default setting of four hours later does not always align with my preferences. Depending on the number of replies I need to write or other factors, I may want to send my class emails 30 minutes later or even 10 minutes later. The ability to customize the Smart Send Later time would be invaluable in accommodating these variations. Previously, MailButler allowed me to set a specific Smart Send Later time, and it would remember that preference until I decided to change it. Unfortunately, the default setting of four hours later has been introduced, which necessitates manual adjustment each time I want to schedule emails for a specific time. This adjustment process is currently cumbersome, requiring several steps through the preferences panel, as illustrated in the video available at the following URL: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zt54dwaww5054pv9hFJUi6pkNLf… To enhance the usability of MailButler and ensure it aligns with its purpose of simplifying Apple Mail usage for users, I kindly request the following improvements: 1 Remember User Preferences: MailButler could remember the user's chosen Smart Send Later time until manually modified, allowing for more convenient scheduling of emails without frequent adjustments. 2 Customization Options: While retaining the default four-hour later option, it would be greatly beneficial if MailButler provided users with the ability to select a specific time for Smart Send Later, accommodating various user preferences and scenarios like mine. 3 Streamlined Access: To facilitate easier access to the Smart Send Later panel, a more user-friendly interface or shortcut could be implemented, reducing the number of steps required to set the desired schedule. By implementing these enhancements, MailButler can further enhance its user experience, making it a more efficient tool for professionals like myself. I believe these improvements will not only benefit me but also other users who require precise control over their email scheduling.
