Email tracking

When we send email to the clients, most of the email will copy to different colleagues or their team. I strongly recommend that we need the truck notification for each individual with the names who open the email. Now I could only see someone open the email with the location. However, everyone are in the same office so even by location we cannot identify who read it

We also would like option to disable tracking for certain devices, such as open by sender (emails open by us on one or more devices).

This does not seem to have been implemented. Also, this feature request should not be marked complete as this is only implemented for certain email types (IMAP, etc) and not for all mailbox types.

also knowing when they open it subsequent times would be helpful too - rather than just the "first open" - shows interest (or sometimes "1st open" is a filter - not them really opening it)
