Email throttling for mail merge campaigns

Since per-recipient delivery sends individual emails to each recipient, large mail-merge campaigns can risk exceeding your email account's sending limits. We're considering a safety throttle that automatically slows down or pauses sending when you're sending too many emails too quickly, to help you stay within your provider's quotas.
