This does not work well. It’s saying opened for all the test emails I sent eventhough the people were in the room and had not opened their email yet.

Thanks for reporting, and sorry for the late reply. Emails showing as opened right after sending usually means your own views are being counted. We've received similar reports of self-tracking prevention not working reliably, and the team is investigating. Which email client do you use (Apple Mail, Gmail or Outlook)? We'll update this post once we have a fix.
