This is fixed with version 5405
We listen to you and will provide some refinements on our new time presets that you will like :-)
Fabian: Thank you! Sounds good.
Fabian: Great, thanks for digging back in. I think the way the presets were configurable before the update was perfect already. Totally agree with Junus Celebi that 3, 7 and 14 days are my most common needs as well.
The options to set the interval were much better before the update. Each company is individual and requires a different interval. Now I have to make more clicks to follow up on many e-mails every day.
Huge step backwards. Costs me two extra klicks for each mail and the new presets are useless for my case. I need "3 days", "7 days" and sometimes "14 days". I'll NEVER use: "today" "later today" "weekend" "next week" at a certain day very rarely i use "tomorrow" and maybe "next month"
Junus, thank you so much for your feedback! We will consider this when working on updated time presets for our next release in July!
Alex, TS, could you please tell us more about your use case and workflow, so that we can think about a possible future solution for you? Would a single extra option of "In X days" be sufficient for you?
Fabian: YES! Even a single option of in X days with a default on it would be really, really helpful.
Fabian: It was very helpful to have a set of options at the ready, as I am constantly sending and receiving emails all day. It was very helpful for me to have 4-5 settings that I could quickly apply to any given message. So an extra option of "In X Days" is OK, but really, being able to instantly apply one of several settings would be soooo much better. It could just be my particular set of needs, but it was such a great feature! I hope you can bring it back. Thanks for asking!!!
TS, thank you for your reply! We did not fully remove the preset feature, but rather replaced it with some typical presets that you can still configure to your needs. But we might have missed some special requirements and that's why I am asking whether there is a particular set of presets that you need? Maybe you can cover some of them with the ones we just introduced. Which other presets would you need for your workflow?
Fabian: The feature I miss the most is being able to completely customize the presets, so I could create my own intervals. I had a set that I was quite used to working with. 1 day, 3 days, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Also being able to fine tune them as I went along. I realize it's probably just my specific use-case, but having that flexibility was really great.
New update looks great with the customizable settings. Thanks for listening!
