Category logs tracking - so one can see what categories cause the most traffic and locate bottle necks

Template usage counter by day and by month. So I can see we used the "refunded" template 10 times today and 90 times this month. With the ability to export a CSV file of the template usage logs. Example: name,date,count refunded,2023-09-23,5
