Follow-up task automation without email tracking

I'm asking again, very kindly, here as well — after dozens of emails exchanged with Jilian and even a video call on Zoom — that one of the four old automations be restored as soon as possible, specifically the one dedicated to FOLLOW UP. I understand the effort that went into creating the new, similar feature, but this new feature relies on me deciding to use email tracking. I tried your tracking feature in the past, but it turned out to be a disaster: for weeks, before I even realized it, none of my recipients ever received my emails, which caused incredible damage to me and my company. So I have no intention of ever using the tracking feature again, and honestly, I'm not interested in it. What I really care about, and urgently, is that an automatic follow-up task be created for every outgoing email of mine, at a time interval I set myself, so that after that period I can follow up with the client or colleague and prompt a response. Since the automations are optional and can be turned on or off by users, I really don't understand why it can't be reactivated immediately, leaving the choice to users. If someone prefers to use the tracking and smart follow-up feature, they can — but it would also be fitting for someone like me, who chooses not to use tracking, to still be able to use automatic task creation. Otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, and honestly, paying every month to keep using Mailbutler with all its instability and well-documented issues no longer really makes sense. Outlook offers the same feature for free.
