Kira, thank you for your feedback! We fully understand your concern and would like to come up with some improvements to our collaborator system. What do you think about defining groups of collaborators (similar to the old teams, but simpler)? Would it be sufficient to allow you to share items with a single group/team or do you have a requirement for allowing to share items with multiple groups of collaborators?
Fabian: Hi Fabian, our main problem with the collaborators feature is how long it takes to share notes and templates with teams, so if any of your potential improvements include being able to share those things with groups of people rather than individually selecting them, that would be great.
With our latest release we made improvements to the collaborators' sharing drop-downs, that make it significantly faster to share content with your collaborators. We hope you like it!
