Restore manual follow-up scheduling option
The feature that let you set 5-6 preset custom follow-up times was extremely useful and should urgently be reintroduced. The new Smart Follow-ups don't meet expectations. It would be ideal if users had the option to choose between the smart options and manually setting their own times. This would significantly improve usability and meet the needs of all users.
