Hi Lori H. and Dave Hamilton ! It is possible to assign your Mailbutler signature as default one via Apple Mail Settings. Please find below the corresponding article and the example. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mail/mail11943/mac

Mailbutler Thank you. What I need, though, is for my signature (via MailButler is fine) to change based upon which alias I use to send from. I have one account into which all of my email flows, and then I go into Mail > Settings > Accounts > [email account] > Email Address > Edit Email Addresses... and add all of my aliases that funnel into that account. When I get an email to dave@firstdomain.com it replies from dave@firstdomain.com. Similarly, when I get an email in to dave@seconddomain.com Mail is smart enough to auto-select THAT address from the dropdown. Of course, I can then manually change which "From" address I use, too. In all cases, though, Mail chooses the ONE signature from the whole account, which is ... imperfect. I would like to have a separate signature for _each_ alias, and to have it auto-select that based upon whichever "From" address I choose. I used to have this functionality with the SigPro (fka SignatureProfiler) plugin from SmallCubed, but obviously that went away with macOS 14 last year. If you could make MailButler intelligently change the signature based upon the From address, that would be amazing.

Mailbutler is there any progress on this?

Hi Dave Hamilton thank you for your request! Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the described feature.

Mailbutler Thank you for the quick reply. Sad to hear this, though, of course. :)

This is the primary feature I am looking for, as well. In fact, if someone could make a plugin (or a Keyboard Maestro macro!) to do this, I'd use JUST that.
