Allowing adding Tasks/Notes to whole email thread instead of individual email in thread

The user is using conversation view in Outlook and would find it helpful if a Task was added to a whole conversation thread and not just an email in that thread. Or if there would be an option that a Task is somehow moved to the most recent email from the same recipient it was added to

We've added the functionality in Outlook that for messages within a thread, all of the thread’s messages now appear properly in the sidebar.
