Allow triggering automations based text in email

(posting on behalf of a user) The user would like to have the option to trigger an automation based on a variable such as text in an email. So, for instance, if they add the text “quote" in an email, to have Mailbutler then add a Follow-up Task to only those emails. They would prefer that over how it currently works: that a Follow-up Task is being added to all emails.
