Allow to provide context and tone of voice for Maia

The idea is to let you configure a tone of voice and some context about yourself and your work (e.g. your role, company, communication style) that Maia uses when drafting or assisting with emails. This could be configurable per email account, so it's different for e.g. your personal vs. professional inbox. To kick things off, Maia could scan your recently sent and received emails to pre-fill this persona automatically — which you could then fine-tune yourself.
