To understand better how Mailbutler could help you with your workflow, would it perhaps already help you if we were to provide an extra social link possibility for Zoom in Signatures? Alternatively, if you are always using the same Zoom link, have you thought about adding this link in a Template? Otherwise, a full plugin would be rather something for Zoom to provide and not so much in our scope.
I’m a little confused about how my request has been marked “Completed.” Unless I’m missing something, the social icon options appear to be the same limited list as before. Right now you have things like Pinterest, Skype, Flickr and Xing, but no Threads, TikTok, Bluesky, Spotify or Apple Podcasts, Substack, Twitch, Discord, Reddit and GitHub or ideally the ability to add a custom social icon/link so Mailbutler doesn’t have to keep chasing every new platform. For those of us who use Signature professionally, podcast links in particular seem like a pretty obvious omission. Spotify and Apple Podcasts are two of the biggest places people would actually want to send someone from an email signature. If there’s a new feature I’m not seeing, happy to be pointed toward it. Otherwise, I’m not sure what was completed here.
