The mail app Postbox had a perfect pugin for exporting / archiving mails in eml format with an index. This would be a huge improvement over the mbox way of exporting/ archiving e-mails and mailboxes.
I still use Outlook in Parallels just for filing purposes that MailHub used to offer. Please add this feature to Mailbutler!
same for me : please add this 100% needed features !
Add me to the list. I did try MailButler thinking that it had MailHub functionality, but it didn't and I have not used MailButler much after that. Would be very happy to get it if it had this mail organizing capability like MailHub did.
Add me to this list. My mailbox has been suffering badly since upgrading to Big Sur. I miss MailHub!
This x1000. The fact that mailhub has died leaves a huge gap that Mailbutler could fill.
This also has been requested several times by me....
Really need this functionality! Please consider adding it or buying mailhub source code!
with the demise of MailHub, it's something that so many people need
Please add this!
Me too i'm a upower user of Mailbutler and used mailhub for a long time, really miss it under Big Sure, that's why I just update my macbook pro but not my imac. I don't update juste because of mailhub, it's rreally crazy, but it make me win so much time !! If you could have it inside mailbutler, it will make come som new customers, for sure !!
Absolutely, I would pay mucho extra for this!
Yes please!!!!! This is one of the most powerful and useful plugins ever! I have also made this request several times…..
Just like to add my support for this suggestion. I've been using MailHub for years and years. I will be looking for a replacement when I upgrade to Big Sur. It would be wonderful if MailButler could provide this functionality.
Stronlgy agree. First developer to take over MailHub features gets my subscription!
Peter Goodman: The developer wants to sell MailHub code. Would be a no brainer purchase for MailButler, but I am not sure that I want it rolled into yet another expensive subscription.
Robert Follis: That's the first I've heard that MailHub is for sale. Like I say, within reason of course, whoever adapts it gets my vote. MailButler isn't my first choice since there's very little in it that I would find useful, so I'd be paying for a lot that I'd never use. Still, if that's how things work out . . .
Peter Goodman: The owner mentioned it to me in an email before he went quiet. I do find it unforgivable the he does not just communicate his plans on the forum to his users.
Apart from the basic delay and mail tracking which I use, I find MailButler higher plans far too expensive for that they offer. I would worry that if they did buy MH we would suddenly be looking at $30 monthly etc etc?? who knows. I think MB could get far more users if their prices steps were not so high.
Robert Follis: ah, well $30 a month is ridiculous. I didn't realize MB was so expensive. Not for ordinary users I take it. Generally all those enterprise-related gewgaws are just bloat.
Still running Catalina on one Mac only because MailHub works there. Would like a viable replacement. MsgFiler and Email Filing Assistant are not as slick.
