Accessing Contacts list when composing email or adding template

The user would like to have access to the Mailbutler Contact list when composing an email and typing the recipient into the To/Cc/Cci fields. In addition, the user would like to, when using the Message Templates feature (with a dynamic field for the name for example), be able to select all of his contacts with a specific tag and send them the email.
