We are small business too and 8.95 to 34.95 is too huge a jump. We have been asking for a Pro + version to add JUST link tracking and tracking details for over 2 years, but not going to pay add't $26 per month per user for only 2 features. THEY WON'T DO IT. And our cost just keeps going up and up every year... I am close to canceling with this new version you can no longer check the menu bar anymore to track emails. You have to open the mail app... As more and more funcitonality is added to this software, it becomes less and less usable to our team.

The issue that you can "only track the first "read" and the first link click" is why I'm going to have to part ways with Mailbutler. Can anyone explain why only the first interaction is tracked? Is that just a limit of the pay tier I can afford?
I agree. I only need the Open Tracking feature. Perhaps even if you have a “Communication” package which includes Open Tracking with the rest of the features, I wouldn’t mind paying for that too.
Other services offer this... I would love to see this integrated into MailButler as well!

The Business price is more than I can justify without a team but I would be willing to pay for some of the Contact Management features separately.
The jump from $0 to $90 is too much. How about a lower price point for the 30 actions/month?
I second Natasha's statement. Why is there not a 'low-use' package? It would enable Mailbutler to capture users like Natasha and me. Otherwise, both Mailbutler AND its potential customers lose. What is now called "Essential" should be < $5 or €3 per month.
